1 What types of wood are available for door construction?
At Ecolux, we mainly work with Oak, Meranti, Walnut, and Teak wood. If you require other wood types for your project, please contact us to discuss your needs.

2. Do you offer custom door sizes and designs?
Yes, all Ecolux doors are custom-made, allowing our partners to choose the dimensions, construction, and design of the doors.

3. What is the lead time for door orders?
Our average lead time is 10 to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order and the administrative process.

4. What finishes and stains are available?
Our finishing options include High Pressure Laminate, Duco lacquer, PU stain or clear lacquer, and UV Coating.

5. Do you offer door installation services?
We provide onsite installation supervision but do not offer the installation service itself.

6. Can you provide fire-rated or soundproof doors?
Ecolux manufactures fire-rated and soundproof wood doors, available in FR30 and FR60 fire ratings and STC27 and STC32 soundproof ratings, certified by Warringtonfire with the Certifire Certification.

7. What is the cost of your doors?

8. What is the warranty on your doors?
We offer a lifetime warranty for any factory defects. Terms and conditions apply.

9. Is it possible to customize one or two doors for my house?
Unfortunately, we have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 25 doors for every order. Ecolux is a bespoke door company that manufactures doors for mid to large-scale projects.

10. Do the doors come with hinges or door handles?
No, Ecolux doors do not come with any hardware, so you will need to purchase this separately.


11. . What is the difference between solid wood doors and engineered wood doors?
Solid wood doors are made from a single piece of natural wood, offering a rich appearance but requiring more maintenance, while engineered wood doors are constructed from multiple layers of wood products, providing cost-effectiveness and greater stability with less maintenance required.


12. Do the doors come with hinges or door handles?
No, Ecolux doors do not come with any hardware, so you will need to purchase this separately.


. 13. Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable wood door options?
All timber used for our doors is certified by the SVLK in Indonesia. PT. Bogowonto Primalaras has received the FSC-CoC certification from TUV Rheinland.
